According to a poll conducted by American Express, 76 percent of travelers want to improve their well-being while traveling and 68 percent said they are planning their next vacation around their mental wellbeing.

According to Travel Weekly, 41 percent of those polled are planning to book a hotel that has wellness activities, 38 percent are looking into a wellness resort next time they travel, and 55 percent said they would pay extra for wellness activities.
